Why use a personal weight loss coach?

You’ve tried all the latest fad diets, the canned weight loss programs. The weight may come off – for awhile. But it comes right back on within a few months. Now it’s time to try something new – a personal weight loss coach.

What can individual coaching do for you? Instead of working on goals set by a book or a standard formula, I’ll work with you to help you set your own goals. Together we’ll figure out what your roadblocks to weight loss are and help you attain your dreams of a healthier lifestyle. You and I will work with your dreams, your goals, and within the framework of your lifestyle to come up with a weight loss plan for you.

Emotional aspects of eating problems

Many people have an “addiction” to food, using it as a way to hide from their emotions or the stresses of daily life. It is easy to say, “Just go on a diet,” but those of us who have been there know just how difficult that really is.

How often do you hear that inner voice sabotaging your goals? I’ll help you to discover what’s holding you back from becoming the person you want to be. I’ll work with you to figure out for yourself why you are overeating so that you can free yourself from the guilt and move on.

As your coach you and I will form an alliance to work on your agenda and your goals for yourself.
